Skills and Productivity Limited (SPL) is managed by a group of expert professionals who have strong background not only on skills development but also on private sector development, PPP(Public-Private-Partnership), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Compliance and Workplace Learning & Productivity.

Skills & Productivity Limited (SPL) is an organization registered under joint stock companies and its sponsors have been involved with country’s skills reform initiatives including formation of National Skills Development Policy (NSDP), introduction of competency based training (CBT), preparing industry trainer & assessors in major occupations and so many other areas of work.

Founders of SPL actively involved in the development of the new curriculum of National Technical Vocational Qualification Framework (NTVQF) and have a strong base with the ISCs (Industries Skills Councils) and industry Assessors. They also contributed in (BTEB) accreditation document and TVET Policy. At the same time is continuously working to bridge the gap between TVET system and Industry through skills development and promote workplace learning.
