Mission:
SPL promotes public awareness on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Compliance and Workplace Learning along with Productivity and provides on job training through Community based satellite Training Centers with international standard Competency Based Training(CBT) method to the underprivileged poor and extreme poor people of the society, especially women with job places in a reputed export oriented manufacturing industries in Bangladesh to earn their livelihood for improving lifestyle. SPL follows the new curriculum of National Technical Vocational Qualification Framework (NTVQF) and/or its own training modules as training tools.
SPL is also committed to prepare the trained persons in non-NTVQF courses for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) system. SPL is planning to start all NTVQF programs and all traditional and non-traditional programs in phases. SPL is going to conduct the Bangladesh Technical Education Board(BTEB) approved courses shortly. SPL feels honor to work together with the development partners who are functioning for poverty alleviation from the society.

SPL predict a group of human resources who will work proactively with standard quality of professionalism and will dedicate their maximum efforts to the organizations for its productivity and economic growth.
