Skills and Productivity Limited(SPL) is a Private Training Provider(PTP). From the inception of Skills and Productivity Limited (SPL) in 2012; is dedicated to Technical Training Providing and ensuring the Employment( or linkage trainees for income generation) through the Employers organizations and industries.

Skills and Productivity Limited (SPL) has established a training center at Palashnagar, Pallabi, Dhaka. This center equipped and furnished with necessary tools, equipment and machineries to run technical training. Skills and Productivity Limited (SPL) is managed by a group of very experienced professionals with strong background on skills development in private sector development, Private Public Partnership (PPP), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Compliance and Workplace Learning & Productivity.

In September 15, 2013 SPL successfully completed a project covering Mirpur area, the project titled, “Module Development and Provide Technical Training to 500 selected beneficiaries of Women's Health and Education through Effective Learning (WHEEL) Project that was funded by Wal-Mart USA and monitored by CARE Bangladesh.

SPL has conducted an effective Consultancy to the renowned 15-RMG Industries under the CARE – GWEEI (financed by Wal-Mart) project in 2014.

Under a Central Contract with UPPR (a project of UNDP/Ukaid, GoB, involved with proverty reduction in Urban area) for 2,300 beneficiaries’ Training & Employment, SPL has ensured the training and Employment.

SPL has also successfully completed a quick wrapped project of UPPR for 810 beneficiaries of UPPR project in 2014.

SPL is also committed to prepare the trained persons in non-NTVQF courses for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) system.  SPL is planning to start all NTVQF programs and all traditional and non-traditional programs in phases.
