Mr. M. Aminul Hasan with his 22 years of wide experience brings vast knowledge and skills for any kind of noble initiative. He is a well experienced person on private sector initiative. He is an expert on the concept of workplace learning, skill through apprenticeship, recognition of prior learning as well as on competency based training delivery.

Mr. Aminul being a dedicated persons of Marketing & Sales in the MNCs and LLcs; has gathered the knowledge on Business Linkage for self employment activities. He is actively engage with the diagnosis of community based Need Assessment; which is the core of designing any Employment or Self employment.

By investing the long-terms experience in the world renowned MNC like Bata and other LLCs; he is a good career counselor and can be considered as an expert of Career & movement mobilization. Mr. Hasan’s having verse knowledge on Operations management as he is working at key positions of different renowned companies in the Private Sector. In the recent days, he is getting the verse working knowledge and Operations Mgt know-how of Development Sector through UNDP-UPPR project where SPL has participated as Implementing Partner of Skills and Employment. Then he successfully ran the Project Sudokhkho as its working partner. Before UPPR, Mr. Aminul was also involved with CARE’s WHEEL project, CARE-WalMart GWEEI project.

At present, Mr. Aminul is actively working with SEIP-PKSF through the efficient Team of SPL

Mr. Aminul who is an MBA from Newport University, California, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (from BIM), Post Graqduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and B.Sc (Mathematics); started his career in the year of 1997 with Bata Bangladesh as production officer. Then, from 2001- 2008 he worked in the Marketing & Sales discipline at multifunctional positions of Marketing & Sales in the same company - Bata. Afterwards, he worked as Marketing Manager with Apex Adelchi – a renowned footwear brand of the country. Then chronologically has got the experience as head of Marketing & Sales (for 2-companies) in Aramit group and in Fortuna Group as COO (chief operating officer); where he worked for 5-years. Now, he is serving in Bay Emporium Ltd. as its S & M Head. 

Besides, the MNC & LLC’s Mr. Aminul also active in the development sectors & Consulting firms since 2004 and working in the field of Operations Management, Skills & Job Placement, private sector engagement etc in the renowned organizations of it’s kind like Optimum Employment Consulting-OEC, e-Zone (pvt) Ltd., Protitee Voluntary Organization etc
